The Musashi Tokusen series swords are full-tang and can be disassembled. The blade was made with high temper carbon steel. The blade is tempered to a consistent hardness then hand sharpened to boost a razor sharp edge.
This sword measures 40.25" inches overall with the scabbard and 38" inches without. The scabbard is made from hardwood with a burgundy gloss finish. The blade is made out of carbon steel measuring 28 inches in length. The handle features real ray skin overlay wrapped inside a black cotton cord wrap. The blade is full tang that is held inside the handle with 2 pegs for added security. Sword comes complete with a hardwood display box.
